Leaning Into Change with Lynne Newman, Occupational Therapist

Lynne Newman joins me for a half hour interview about mothering, leaning into change, and balancing the unexpected challenges with the vision we have for our private practice and our families.

Lynne is the founder of Gray Mothering where she helps highly sensitive and strong willed women navigate the light and the dark— in motherhood, work and life. After going through her own dark night of the soul, she learned first hand, the depth and meaning of self-compassion. She’s an inspiring speaker, author and holistic occupational therapist who loves to go deeper and create transformation on many levels. Her ultimate wish is that every person listen and trust their intuition. She lives in Toronto, Canada with her husband, Mark and their daughters, Stella and Gwen.
